Credit card purchases.

Purchases made from the AmberBeanCoffee.com catalog are placed through Kaleidoscope Information Services, Inc. Look for AmberBeanCoffee on your credit card statement.

Returns policy.

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by the AmberBeanCoffee.com catalog within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Contact us at 1-877-AMBERBEAN with questions or for assistance with a return.

Refund policy.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, refunds are processed more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

If you paid credit card, your refund will be issued as a credit to your credit card account. If you paid with a promotional certificate, your order is not eligible for a refund.

Exchange policy.

If you received the wrong item, a damaged item, or an item you didn’t order, Contact us at 1-877-AMBERBEAN with questions or for assistance with an exchange.

If you’re missing an item, check the packing slip that was included with your shipment. In order to fill your order quickly with items already in stock at different fulfillment centers, we may have split your order into multiple shipments, which we would indicate on the packing slip.

If this is the case, you will not be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those you originally authorized.
